The Lord doesn't change His standards based on occasion. (I.E - working out, wedding, etc)
Be modest in all that you do. For those of you who wear temple garments ( https://youtu.be/SkTz_NQqKA8 )
find reasons / excuses to wear (receive the blessings of wearing them) vs finding reasons / excuses to take them off / not wear them. The more modest you are the more respect for you and your body you'll receive. Even for you who don't wear temple garments the standard is still the same. Make it a part of your life always.
Ask yourself "would I feel comfortable with my appearance if I were in the Lords presence?"
