- I was sitting outside and I looked up to see two birds. The girl bird flew away as the boy bird stayed and waited while looking around unsure. The lady bird is told to wait but not return to help guide him back to her. He needs to figure out what he wants. Once he figured it out, he flew off. In dating, maybe one person knows more of what they want than the other. Sometimes (not always) the one who knows what they wants needs to be patient and wait – but not constantly be trying to help them find their way back to them. They have to want it. Give them time.
