- You know the power of the Atonement
- Remove yourself from the ( sin )
- If you revert back to where you started, you're not going to progress and grow.
- Avoid negative thoughts about yourself. Your sin may make you unworthy, but that doesn't make you worthless.
- Give away all your sins to know Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.
- As we desire and long to forgive, it will come. both to others and yourself.
- You can't change the past - but you can change the future. Move on and learn from your past. But don't stare in the rear view mirror - if you do you'll crash. Just take glances back to recognize what happened, then focus your vision on what's ahead of you.
- We have things in place (church, scriptures, prayer, atonement, etc) to help us with our imperfections. Use them!
- Where do I stand in forgiving myself?
- For personal revelation, it's important that we repent. If we don't, it may block the Spirit.
- Sometimes we need to refocus and get back on the straight and narrow.
- When playing with fire you will be burned
- Change of heart - can you feel so now? (Alma 5:26)
- It's easy to get so overwhelmed. Take it one day at a time. It goes for repenting too - just take it one day at a time.
- Satan is freeing us to bind us. God is binding us to free us.
